h = 2+2b
A=hb/2 = (2+2b)b/2 = (1+b)b = b + b^2 = 20
b^2 + b -20 = 0
(b+5)(b-4) = 0
b -4 =0
b = 4 meters = base length
h=2+2b = 2+2(4) = 2+8 = 10 meters high
