Hi there,
I had a scheduled virtual tutoring session at 8am. I contacted my assigned tutor and gave them a 11-12 hour notice that I did not need the session after all. But I do not see that he canceled the appointment on his end since he initiated the scheduled appointment. I am reaching out because I do not want to get automatically charged, especially since the person's account says to inform them 3 hours before.

Thank you for reaching out. I received your cancellation notice, that is within my cancellation policy, which only requires 3 hours' notice. I apologize for the oversight on my end. I’ll go ahead and cancel the session in the system right away so you will not be charged. Thanks again for reaching out and keeping me posted.
