4. An aqueous solution of palladium (II) chloride, PdCl2 (aq), is mixed with an aqueous solution of nitric acid, HNO3 (aq). Palladium (II) nitrate, Pd(NO3)2 (aq), and hydrochloric acid, HCl (aq), are formed.

a) Write the balanced chemical equation for this reaction.

b) Determine the theoretical yield of palladium (II) nitrate, in grams, if a 125 g sample of nitric acid was used.

c) Determine the percentage yield if 218 g of palladium (II) nitrate is formed.
