The balanced equation

tells us that we will form 2 moles of water for every 5 moles of O2. This gicves us a 2/5 molar ratio of water to O2:
(2 moles H2O)/(5 moles O2)
If we start with 0.72 moles of O2, we'll obtain:
(0.72 moles of O2)*((2 moles H2O)/(5 moles O2)) = 0.288 moles H2O. Round to 0.29 moles H2O for 2 sig figs.
