v = 1650 miles / 10 hours

v = 165 mph

 

 

Speed of plane against the wind is

 

v = 1650 miles / 11 hours

v = 150 mph

 

 

Speed of wind is

 

v = 165 mph - 150 mph

v = 15 mph
