It's a silly question, as it tells you directly in the question - 1600 Birr !!
If you needed to find the linear relationship
(y-y1) / (x-x1) = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
(x1,y1) = (300, 1600)
(x2, y2) = (600, 3500)
(y - 1600) / (x - 300) = (3500 - 1600 / 600 -300) = (1900 / 300) = 19 / 3
So crossmultiplying
3y - 4800 = 19x - 5700
3y = 19x - 900
y = 1/3 (19x - 900)
