"Rewild your mind".
The verb in this sentence is rewild. I chose the latin restituo, restituere as an apt match.
Since this sentence is a command, you want to place it into the imperative: restitue
"Mind" is the direct object of "rewild", so it needs to be in the accusative case. Mens, mentis in the accusative is mentem.
Finally, we just add the latin pronoun tuus, tua, tuum in the accusative feminine to match the direct object. This would be tuam.
"tuam mentem restitue" is the final product!
