would you believe that the mathematician's estimate for the population proportion of pennies with post-2000 mint dates is mistaken?Briefly explain your reasoning.

Suppose a mathematician arrives at the estimate that 70% pennies in circulation were minted after the year 2000. We take a random sample of 5 pennies and only 2 of the pennies (40% ) have post-2000 mint dates.

Based on this evidence, would you believe that the mathematician's estimate for the population proportion of pennies with post-2000 mint dates is mistaken?Briefly explain your reasoning.
