Basically this question is asking you if you know the distance formula and if you know when to use it. 

(x₁ - x₂)²+(y₁ - y₂)² = (distance)²

 

(x--3)²+(4--2)²=10²

(x+3)²+(6)²=100

(x+3)²+36=100

(x+3)²=64

(x+3)²=8²

x+3=8

x=5

Use the same procedure to find y.
