They look fine to me except Question 4. Although once moved, the energy the object has is potential energy, the energy required to move it is called work. Since the object is lifted at constant speed, the force required to lift it equals the object's weight. And that force multiplied by the distance it is expended is called work. So I would answer that question as "None of the above".
