The most polar bond has the greatest difference in electronegativity between the atoms.
The homopolar diatomic molecules , H-H, Cl*Cl have no electronegativity difference so they are non-polar.
Hydrogen has electronegativity of 2.1, carbon 2.5, chlorine 3.0. So, HCl has the greatest electronegativity difference and is the most polar bond.
