Good news. A moles-to-moles problem can be solved in one step.
The coefficients in the balanced equation show us that for every one mole of C3H8 that reacts, 5 moles of oxygen gas must also react. Therefore, the problem may be set up as shown below:
206 mol C3H8 X (5 mol O2 / 1 mol C3H8) = _________ mol of O2
