“Mr. Ahmad is a cloud computing professional, you asked him for a free advice about cloud providers for your new small company. He gave you full explanation and recommended some good providers. There is another provider which may be better but he did not recommend since he is in dispute after doing some work for them.”
Did Mr. Ahmad did anything wrong as an IT professional? Is his behavior not ethical or illegal and why? Are there any consequences of his action?
Analyze this case in depth and write your conclusion.

Did Mr. Ahmad did anything wrong as an IT professional? No, as stated he gave the required information explanation of the cloud services. He shouldn't descide what is better for someone else.
Is his behavior not ethical or illegal and why? In my opnion he wasn't ethical as he left out a provider that he is in dispute with. Personal feelings or disagreements shouled be part of the descion or information part. If that was the case then he shouldn't ahve provided any providers. It wasn't illegal just inmoral in my opnion.
Are there any consequences of his action? The person asking the question might spread the word that he is dishonest and he isn't acurate. It might hurt his business and it might not.
Analyze this case in depth and write your conclusion: In conclusion you need to be upfront and honest with your customers and when they ask a question answer it truthfully and honestly. Don't let personal feelings have a play in your business dealings.
