Bronsted Lowry acid are those substance which give proton(H+) in any solvent.
Bronsted Lowry base are those substance which accept proton(H+) in any solvent.
So,
i. HClO4 is giving proton thus it is bronsted Lowry acid. Where H2O is bronsted Lowry base.
ii. H2SO4 is giving proton thus it is bronsted Lowry acid. Where H2O is bronsted Lowry base.
iii. HCO3- is giving proton thus it is bronsted Lowry acid. Where H2O is bronsted Lowry base.
iv. It is self ionisation. H2O is giving proton thus it is bronsted Lowry acid. Where H2O is bronsted Lowry base.
