From the ideal gas law, for the same amount n of gas, P2V2 / P1V1 = T2 / T1. At constant T, P2 = P1V1 / V2 = (1.00 atm) (196.0 L) / (26.0 L) = 7.54 atm.
The "(7.5 L)" at the end of your question was apparently the answer in atm, though there really are 3 sig figs here.
