Make sure you have the stoichiometry right: Mg(s) + 2HCl(aq) --> MgCl2(aq) + H2(g)
19 ml HCl soln * (1 liter/1000ml)(3 mole HCl/liter soln)(1 mole H2/2 moles HCl) = moles of H2
Use IGL to solve for volume or use 24.5 liters/mole of gas at 25 degrees C (It's a cousin of the 22.4 liters/mole at STP)
I get .698 liters (Looks like you missed the stoichiometry)
