Yes! In the night sky, one could see most of the planets in our solar system, without the use of a telescope. We can see all terrestrial planets, and the first two gas giants! As far as moons go, it is nearly impossible to see any of our neighbor planets' moons without a telescope. You can always look at our own big and bright moon daily though.
Their positions in the sky will, however, change depending on your location in the world, the time of the year, and other factors.
