There exists a very useful conversion factor for gasses at STP. It states that 1 mole of any fgas will occupy 22.4 liters. Any gas. At STP. It is initially hard to believe it's true, but it is a very handy number to memorize.
Use it as a conversion factor:
22.4 liters/mole
In this case, 0.200 liters of H2 at STP would represent:
(0.200 liters H2)/(22.4 liters H2/mole) = 0.00893 moles H2
