In this stoichiometry, first convert moles of the reactant to moles of product using the coefficients in the balanced reaction, then multiply by molar mass of the product. It's basically dimensional analysis.
(3.50 mol C4H10) * (8 mol CO2 / 2 mol C4H10) * (44.0g CO2 / 1 mol CO2) = 616 mol CO2.
