A bar is one of several units for pressure. You can find the conversion factors for the various units on the internet.
For this problem, you would use the ideal gas equation
n = PV/RT where n is the number of moles, P pressure, V volume, R gas constant, T absolute temperature.
The key is to use a value for the gas constant with the correct units.
The value I found that can used in this problem was
8.314 × 10−2 L bar K−1 mol−1
Once you have calculated the number of moles, you can use the atomic mass of Kr to calculate the number of grams.
