Hello, Sam,
exothermic: is a reaction that releases energy to it's surroundings
isothermic : a reaction that causes no heat gain or loss to it's surroundings
nucleothermic: this is a little new to me, but presumable refers to a nuclear decay reaction that produces heat from a (hopefully) small amount of nuclear mass decay.
endothermic : is a reaction that needs energy to proceed, and gets it from it's surroundings.
A chemist wouldn't conduct a neucleothermic reaction in a flask, I hope. Needs Nuclear Regulatory Agency approvals, also. Condsider the fact that heat is being absorbed by this reaction. Endothermic, I suspect.
