I had posted a more detailed analysis of this ICE table, but it hasn't appeared yet. Here is the table, minus the detailed explanation. The initial concentrations of 0.05M are due to the mixing of the two reagents, with 8 ml of 0.10 M NaOH as the required amount to react with the acetic acid reactant. I'll leave it at that and hope the longer post appears at some point.
