If you are dealt a 5-card hand that has (in this order):
1) Ace of hearts
2) Queen of spades
3) 7 of diamonds
4) 2 of clubs
5) 4 of hearts
And then, in a separate deal, you are dealt a 5-card hand that has (in this order):
1) Queen of spades
2) 7 of diamonds
3) 2 of clubs
4) 4 of hearts
5) Ace of hearts
are these the same hands?
If the answer is "yes" (where the order of the cards dealt does not matter), then it is a combination.
If the answer is "no" (where the order of the cards dealt does matter), then it is a permutation.
