for the portion 1 mol/22.99g Na is that the same as just putting a 1 in the () and for (1 mol O2 / 4 mol Na) is 1 mol O2= 31.99 and 4 mol Na= 91.96?

The (1 mol Na /22.99g Na) converts the mass of Na to moles. At this point we have 1.914 moles of Na. Next look at the reaction: for every 1 mole of O2, we need 4 moles of Na, so the (1 mol O2 / 4 mol Na) tells us that this much Na is equivalent to 0.478 moles of O2. We don't need the masses here. This 0.478 moles is multiplied by 22.4 to get 10.7 liters of O2.
