The balanced equation tells you that 2 moles of CO2 are produced when 1 mole of C6H12O6 reacts or in general the molar ratio is 2:1. So if 0.200 moles of C6H12O6 reacts, twice as many moles of CO2 are produced or 0.400 moles of CO2.
