A better question is "How many moles does 8.2 x 1022 molecules of N2I6 make?"
Avogadro's number (which is 6.022 x 1023) is the number of molecules in 1 mole of N2I6 (or 1 mole of anything). So (8.2 x 1022 molecules)/(6.022 x 1023 molecules/mole) = 0.14 moles
