I imagine that you are asked to find the mass of NaOH in this solution (although you did not specify what the question is...).
( 40.0 g NaOH/1 mol NaOH) (6.20 mol NaOH/1 L NaOH solution) (4.00 L NaOH solution) = 992 g NaOH
