P1 = P2(V2/V1)(T1/T2)
There is no temperature change, so (T1/T2) cancels out. I used 1 K in my table just for looks. This leaves (V2/V1) as the term that will change P2 to P1. P2/P1 is large (425/21), so I'd expect P1 to be about 20 times greater than P2.
