One solution if slopes are different, regardless of the y intercept being same or different
If the y intercepts had been the same with different slopes, the solution would be that y intercept, the point (0,b) or x=0, y=b= y intercept
but with different y intercepts, all you know is the solution for x is not zero.
Infinite solutions if the slopes are the same and the y intercepts are the same, because the two lines are the same line
Zero solutions if the slopes are the same and the y intercepts are different. That's two parallel lines
