Each nerve begins in the pons of the brainstem and then divides into the opthalmic, maxillary and mandibular branches. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trigeminal_nerve

The opthalmic branch ends at the orbit, the maxillary branch ends on the maxilla near the upper lip and the mandibular ends near the chin.
