If a rectangles perimeter is 134 cm, and the length is twice the width plus one, how do i figure this out?

I am missing a step in figuring out the width which throws my answers off. Please help?

L=2W+1

P/2 = 134/2 = L+W = 2W+1+W = 3W +1

3W = 67-1 = 66

W = 22 cm wide

L=2(22)+1 = 44+1 = 45 cm long

134 = 2(22+45)=2(67) = 134 cm perimeter
