Let me know and I can help answer it for you? Do you mean, how does the earths movement around the sun define one calender year? If so..thats just the definition of a 'year'. One orbital revolution around the sun..its a few hours more than 365 solar days for us. Its more accurately defined as "the period of time it takes for the earth to complete one revolution of the sun"..and its 365 days, 5 hours, and 49 minutes. Give or take a few seconds. ;)
