$\sim(\sim p \Rightarrow (\sim q \wedge \sim p)) \equiv \sim p \wedge \sim(\sim q \wedge \sim p).$

Now we need: $\sim(\sim q \wedge \sim p)$ . Conjunctions are negated as: $\sim P \vee \sim Q$ . Hence,

$\sim p \wedge \sim(\sim q \wedge \sim p) \equiv \sim p \wedge q \vee p.$
