99.3 if you add up the 4 numbers given, but those numbers are impossible as sides of a quadralateral.
the longest side is longer than the sum of the other 3 sides, which is impossible.
But if you look at the graph, the perimeter is: 14.6
the 4 numbers don't fit the graph
BC^2 = 4+16 = 20
BC = sqr20 = about 4.47
DC^2 = 4+16 = 20
DC =sqr20 = about 4.47
BC+AD = 8.94
AB^2 = 4+4 = 8
AB = sqr8 = about 2.83
AD^2 = 4 + 4 = 8
AD = sqr8 = about 2.83
AB+AD = 2.83(2) = 5.66
AB+AD + BC+CD = 5.66+8.94 = 14.60
