You just need to apply a ratio. I'll let you figure out what you need to ratio, and what you need to multiply by that ratio to get your answer. Hint: use the units on your supplied data as a guide; you need to calculate a value in L, getting rid of the M units by the ratioing process. You probably want to convert from L to mL at some point, since that's the scale you'll be measuring it out in?
And -- why is the chemist in the problem a "he"?! Just sayin'.
