In order to solve this one you want to start by getting a formula for the equation of the circle.
The general form there would be
(x – h)^2 + (y – k)^2 = r^2
For this set of values that becomes
(x – 5)^2 + (y – 2)^2 = 100
From there then you just want to check the different (x,y) points combinations by plugging in the values of x and y into the formula and seeing if the equation is equal
It looks like the one that works is point (c) (11, -6)
(11-5)^2 + (-6 -2)^2 = 100
6^2 + (-8)^2 = 100
36 + 64 = 100
100 = 100
