A cape is designed for Lady Gaga's covered with 4070 sequins. If a sequin has a volume of 0.0287 cm3 and the sequins have a density of 48.5 g/cm3, calculate (a) the mass in kg of sequins on Lady Gaga's cape. (b) the mass in lb of sequins on Lady Gaga's cape.

(a) Mass = density * volume = 48.5 g/cm3 * 0.0287 cm3 * 1kg/1000g = 1.39 * 10-3 kg
(b) 1.39 * 10-3 kg * (2.2 lb/1 kg) = 3.06 * 10-3 lb
