If you look at the periodic table, the elements mentioned in the question are in the same row( 3rd row) starting from Na-->Si (left to right).
As you go from left to right, protons are added to the nucleus while electrons are added to the outermost orbit. Due to this, the nucleus(with more net charge) will have a stronger nuclear attraction on the electrons, causing the atom to shrink.
Therefore, the size decreases as you go left to right. In your case, Si is the smallest and Na is the largest in size.
