A bus averages 6 kilometers an hour less than a passenger car. The bus travels 80 kilometers in the same time that the car travels 112 kilometers. Find the rate of each

b/80= c/112

b/10= c/14

b/5= c/7

(c-4)/5 = c/7

7c-28=5c

2c=28

c= 14 kph

b= 14-6= 8 kph
