The rocket problem

The height (h) in feet of a model rocket is given by the function h(t) = -16t^2 + 230t + 5 where t (time) is measured in seconds. Calculate the average rate of change in the height of the rocket between 2 and 6 seconds. Be sure your answer has the appropriate label. Round to tenths.
