By the chain rule h'(x) = f'(g(x)) g'(x)
So h'(2) = f'(g(2)) g'(2) = f'(1) g'(2)
f'(x) = 2x + 3 so f'(1) = 2 + 3 = 5
h'(2) = 5 x 3 = 15
