Acid based chemistry problems

A chemist has a solution of 0.010 M NaOH.


1.Write the equation for the dissociation of sodium hydroxide in water.

2.Calculate the pOH, the pH and concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution.  

3.Based on the concentration of hydrogen and hydroxide ions in solution, explain whether sodium hydroxide is considered an acid or a base.

4.Write and balance the equation for the reaction between sodium hydroxide, NaOH, and ammonium chloride, NH4Cl. Include state symbols.
