The notation 10 M solution tells us that there are 10 moles per Liter of NaCl.
Since we have 100mL = 0.1 L of solution, we will have
(10 M)(0.1L) = 1 mole NaCl
From here, you can use the molar weight of NaCl to get to the correct answer.
