if f(x) = -6x + 5 then:

Moving left one unit would be y = -6(x + 1) + 5

Moving down 7 units would be y = -6(x + 1) + 5 - 7

So g(x) = -6(x + 1) - 2 or, if you simplify it, g(x) = -6x - 8
