The 3rd side would be -15. You can find this by using the Pythagorean Theorem or if you know your Pythagorean triples. You also know it's negative because it is the 3rd quadrant.
sin Φ = -15/17
cos Φ = -8/17
tan Φ = 15/8
csc Φ = - 17/15
sec Φ = -17/8
cot Φ = 8/15
