If there is an attractive force between all objects, why do we not feel ourselves gravitating toward massive buildings in our vicinity?

Because gravitational force is relatively small.

F = GMm/r² so lets say you are 50 kg and the building is 1,000,000 kg and you are 50 meters away

Then F = (6,67x10^-11)(50)(1x10⁶)/50²) = 1.33x10^-6 N which is an extremely small amount (your weight is almost 400 million times greater).
