Simple evidence to support the law of conservation of energy is the natural phenomenon of photosynthesis. Energy is absorbed by chlorophyll and becomes chemical energy during photosynthesis. Thus, energy is being transformed from one form to another.

No single answer to this one, Kelly -- there are all sorts of ways energy can be conserved, by changing from one form to another. They always demonstrate total energy conservation. A Law means, that is the invarient behavior in nature. You might question if the Big Bang is a counterexample, or the existence of dark matter and dark energy in the Universe. But that's for later, I think! -- Cheers, --Mr. d.12/06/20
