You don't list your question but I assume you're looking for the density of the metal.
If there is an 8 mL change in the volume of the water then the metal takes the space of 8 mL of water which means the metal has a volume of 8 mL which is the same as 8 cm3.
Density = mass/volume = 1.5 grams/8 cm3 = 0.1875 g/cm3
It's important to use the same number of significant figures in the answer as the givens so Density = 0.2 g/cm3
