If any stated or implied relationship in a proposition is false, the entire proposition is false.
Although there might be great uncertainty as to what criteria and means to use for counting the stars in the universe, they would appear to be finite, since the total number of nucleons is estimated at 10^78, I believe it is. So "uncountable" would be false.
Also, considering the universe as a closed system, thermodynamics indicates that the total energy cannot either increase nor decline (though it may shift around in form!). So that's another false relationship (the conclusion, as it were, of the proposition).
