God is everything & everywhere. The deity can't be everywhere unless it is also everything. Everything is God.
Consider a chain of causation: ...x,y,z, a,b, c.... that goes forever in both directions of time. Now consider the cause of this chain of events ....w,x,y,z,ab, .... The cause of the world is the world. the two chains are identical. The universe is self caused. It meets the definition of a deity. They ask where did God come from, what cause it? It caused itself, if the world is The Deity, where it is everywhere & everything, which is pantheism.
